About the Artist

Paul Cadorette was an American illustrator who worked during the 1930s and 1940s as part of the Federal Theatre Project, the New Deal program that employed artists, designers, and theater workers during the Depression. His surviving work is primarily costume and set design illustration. Precise, inventive, and built to serve production. He worked in the space where commercial craft and fine art illustration overlap, and the drawings hold up entirely on their own terms.

Shipping

Every print is made to order. When you place an order, your print goes into production. We do not keep inventory on hand. This is how we keep quality consistent and avoid the waste of mass production.

Production time

Most orders are produced within 2-3 business days. During high-volume periods (holidays, new releases), production may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves the facility.
