Who we are

Verso is an online print shop selling fine art prints made to order. References to "we," "us," or "Verso" in these terms refer to the shop and its owner.

Orders

All orders placed through this site are offers to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or production issues. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Made to order

Every print is produced specifically for your order. We do not hold inventory. Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Intellectual property

All artwork sold through Verso is licensed for personal, residential use only. Purchase of a print does not transfer copyright or any reproduction rights. You may not reproduce, scan, copy, distribute, or resell any image sold through this shop. The artists retain all rights to their work.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for errors in pricing. Payment is processed at the time of order.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are estimates only, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and refunds

Because every print is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for preference, change of mind, or incorrect sizing ordered by mistake.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will replace it or refund it in full.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verso is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the date it was last updated. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
