Our policy

Every Verso print is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference, change of mind, or incorrect sizing ordered by mistake.

We do stand fully behind the quality of what we ship.  

Damaged or defective prints

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Send a photo of the issue to hello@versoshop.com and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

We take print quality seriously. If something is not right, we want to know about it and we will make it right.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows delivered but your package has not arrived, give it 2 business days. Carrier scans occasionally run ahead. If it still has not arrived after that, contact us and we will look into it.

How to reach us

Email hello@versoprintshop.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We respond within 1–2 business days.
